The BC Stars Section of MBCA is reviving a very popular event from the past. We are invited to join them at the fantastic mountain resort of Whistler, British Columbia.

The Attendee Booking Fee for each car participating is $50.00 CDN. The Booking fee includes Friday night President’s cocktail reception at the Hotel.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Aava Hotel in Whistler for June 9 to June 11, 2023. The agreed room rate is $209.00 CDN plus 16% tax for a Deluxe Room. The Aava Hotel offers 50% discount for parking on $22.00 CDN per day.

The Group Name is MBCA - BC Section which must be requested to receive the group rate.
Group room rate is confirmed by Aava Whistler Hotel until April 25th, 2023. After April 25, 2023 the discount room rate will be no longer available so book early.

10:00 am – Meet at Park Royal, West Vancouver Whole Foods Parking lot
10:30 am – Drive to Squamish
12:30 pm – Luncheon at Executive Hotel in Squamish
2:30 pm - Leave Restaurant and continue to Whistler
4:00 pm - Arrive at Aava Hotel, Whistler to check in
7:00 pm – President's Cocktail Reception

9:00 am – Breakfast at Aava Hotel Restaurant
10:30 am - Drive to Pemberton
12:00 pm - Lunch in Pemberton
2:00 pm - Drive back to Whistler
6:00 pm - Dinner in Whistler
